• Will report to the Operation / Project Manager of the company for day to day activities. Upon being assigned one or more sites or projects of the company, main duties and responsibilities
• Study through all documents related to the project
• Obtain from office all supporting and technical documents / correspondences submitted and approved by client for site record / use
• Plan and procure from store all necessary equipment and supporting tools and accessories.
• Ensure all necessary material are procured by Head Office or store in advance
• Liaise with main contractor / client and attend any meeting call by them in relation to the running of the project
• Manage and run site to ensure maximum productivities and safety while ensuring minimum safety and quality breaches.
• Ensure all documentation with regards to the sites are prepared, submitted and approved and Head Office has a copy of these documents
• Ensure all contractual and monetary issues and conflicts that arise on site are made known to superior so that they can be documented, responded and recorded via letters or emails and copy to Head Office
• Submit to Head Office promptly, all site records after verification and signed by RE / RTO / contractor so that monthly progress claims can be made correctly and promptly.
• Ensure that wastages on sites are minimized and all unused materials, equipment and accessories are promptly and fully return to the store
• Ensure all workers under my cares carry out their duties diligently and punctually and ensure overtime is not carry out wastefully and check to ensure the accuracy of their time card and overtime records
• If time permit, carry out random check on all safety aspect of as many sites as possible to ensure all our work processes are done in a safe manner
• Advise and assist in preparation and submission of Risk Analysis and formulation of Safe Work Practices of the company's site and work processes
• Conduct regular site tool box or safety meeting and high - light to attendee’s past and potential safety breaches and preventive measures to prevent similar occurrences.
• In short, once assigned the sites, it is my responsibilities the smooth and safe running and supervision of the sites my responsibilities, and these shall cover, though not limited, to the day to day smooth operation of piling works, supervision of workers, liaising with clients, maintaining site records and monitoring and upkeep of all the site equipment and material requirements. Expected to complete diligently all other duties allocated as and when necessary.
