Aniq Hakim

• The nature of my job is to rotate shifts every hour , meaning that there is stations at the area which all of us employees would have to rotate . for the sake of safety for all of our guests , i am trained to be extra aware of them especially the young children as they are prone to injuries .

Some of my work ethics will be

• as Skyline Luge Singapore has quite a of guests on both weekend and weekdays , i was trained to work in a fast paced environment and to be alert of the safety of the guests
• I’ve also learned how to work and communicate more with my colleagues to ensure on that the flow of the carts are in order and not all over the place .
• The most important lesson i had during my time here was patience , as the foreigners who does not understand english tends to not listen to our instructions and decides to do things their way , i as the Operations Host did give my whole knowledge and ability to rectify the guest mistakes and ensure their safety is always first followed by fun

• In Coffee Bean , I am trained on how to make a wide variety of drinks , examples would be the lattes , ice blended drinks and many more . i was also taught the proper way of pulling a perfect espresso shot as it would affect the taste if i dont do it correctly
• I also worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance as expected from my supervisors.
• I’ve learned to demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help my fellow barista colleages wherever needed.
• I assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all my barista colleagues.
• And lastly , i’ve also worked flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts too.
