- Work with project manager for each project capital spending accuracy track and complete asset capitalization in SAP and proper closure of projects.
- Lead site Asset audit and record accuracy in SAP every quarter
- Develop site level SOPs for capital systems and review the document every year
- Coach new Project managers on fundamental of capital systems to deliver successful project
- Monthly compliance scorecard health check to ensure no stewardship issue
- Lead CSA internal audit as yearly basis and support regional audit as 3 years base
