Classification and maintenance of all important in- and out information with various department HODs.
Keep track and order of office stationery.
Involvement in HR duties such as scheduling interviews and following up with candidates, as well as preparation of new hire kits for successful candidates.
Monitor and handle department petty cash.
Plan and organize meetings and ensure arrangements are in place
Attend internal staff meetings, prepare detailed minutes of meeting and follow up with action-tracking of items
Draft memos, correspondences, letters and reports
Liaise with internal parties and external parties confidently
Delegate the information to the required departments in a timely manner
Organize travel and preparing travel itineraries prior to travelling by key Senior Management
