Operation Lead Singapore [Jan 2020 - Sep 2022]

  • Promoted as Singapore Operation Lead on Jan 2020.

  • Plan, coordinate, apply improvement plan, keep track on progress of each market to ensure GMV of each market
  • As result, Singapore had hit target GMV, and Malaysia exceeded target GMV (contribute 70% of total contribution from all countries)
  • Flew to Malaysia for 5 weeks to coordinate and analyze nature of market, and flew to Taiwan to ensure SOP and operation flow improvement
