  • Compliance: Prepare submission decks and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) Factsheet to CRA (Casino Regulatory Authority). To ensure invitation criteria of members are based on the approved factsheet, and all issuance of complimentaries are recorded down according to the guiding principles.
  • Marketing: Liaise with agency for design of artwork and ensure that approved collateral is installed on time for promotion within the Casino.
  • Coordination: Liaise with different business units on the event/concert requirements (Entertainment, Hotel rooming, F&B, Invitation criteria etc).
  • Briefing: Send out event brief to inform different business units on the event criteria, mechanisms and details.
  • Operations: Review event day scripts and proceed for translation. Test runs with emcees and rehearsals with singers/performers are done prior to event. Closely worked with different business units and ensure operations run well and smooth on event day and handle any issues and last minute arrangements that may arise. Arrange and coordinate Meet & Greet session for selected VIP guests and the celebrities.
  • Reconciliation: Do reconciliation after the event is over. To prepare reconciled cost sheet and actual guest list. Operations Management
  • Facilitation of guests: Always ready to serve/direct guests on event day, to make them feel exclusive and to ensure they enjoy the event and will spread good reviews.
  • Operations: To ensure all setup are ready before guests arrival, team members are briefed and stationed at the right place and program flow is smooth and on time. To have a contingency plan in case of any last minute issues/arrangements that may arise.
