- Collaborated with team members to plan and lead weekly engagement sessions with the elderly (e.g. games, interactive crafts, birthday celebrations)
- Organised 5 festive block parties for elderly residents in Toa Payoh, attracting over 100 participants per party
- Organised a Christmas outing for over 30 elderly residents in Toa Payoh
- Coordinated logistics for all events
- In charge of volunteer management - recruited other student volunteers to help in block parties
- Created posts on Instagram to promote the project (@projecthnb)
- Used bilingual skills to communicate and connect with the elderly
