BUTCHERY / QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
- Engaged and work closely with head of butchery on matters related R&D for new projects (raw/rte) , reworking on sourcing of raw materials to work on competitive cost.
- Involved in creation of new portion cuts require by sales team.
- Worked with butchery to liaise with purchasing team to ensure sufficient stock level is require on regular products (top 50 skus) with forecast given in ample time.
- QA - involved in assessing the condition of return products from customers.
- QA - work with QA on professional advice to customers regarding on food safety.
