My responsibilities typically include:

• Personalised financial advice, offering tailored financial planning, investment strategies and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients.
• Investment solutions: Recommending and managing investment portfolios such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and structured products. Reviewing client's investment objectives, providing updates on market trends and financial news that could impact their investments.
• Banking services: assisting with a range of banking needs, including loans, credit cards and deposit accounts

An AIA insurance agent represents AIA group and provides:

• Insurance consultation through assessing client's insurance needs and recommending suitable products such as life insurance, health insurance and investment- linked plans.
• Providing ongoing support and policy-related questions and assisting with claim processing.

Provides a range of financial services to retail customers which includes

• Financial planning: offering information on Citibank's range of financial products and services including insurance and retirement planning.
• Loan services: Helping client with mortgage loans and credit facilities.
• Customer Service: Addressing account- related queries, resolving issues and providing ongoing support

Assist individuals in obtaining mortgages loans and my role includes:

• Evaluating client's financial situations and determine loan eligibility
• Providing guidance on difference interest rates and terms
• Liaison: Acting as an intermediary between the client, solicitors, valuers and bank to ensure smooth communication and processing
