• Achieved successful installation of gas supply in more than 100 residential developments, with more than 60,000 residential households using gas for domestic use, contributing a total revenue of more than SGD $15 million in gas sales.

• Oversaw the business development and marketing of golf course irrigation pump systems and reverse osmosis water purification solutions in Asia-Pacific
• Worked with key partners in planning, sales budget, channel management, new product introduction, technical support, logistic services, etc.

• Managed to secure increased acceptance of Xylem's pump systems for golf course irrigation by 10%, for a total of 90% of gold courses in Asia using Xylem's pump systems.
