• Increased visitor engagement through the use of free prizes as well as interesting games

• Mentored juniors in the CCA, helping them develop both leadership and Scout-related skills e.g starting fires, tying knots, building structures
• Fostered a welcoming and friendly environment within the Patrol (a group of students I was assigned to)
