•Carried out seat maintenance, seat components removal and installation , seat calibration , replacement of seat actuators, escutcheons, headrest springs & tracks, cushions, and dressing of the cushions and headrest of B/E Aerospace , JAMCO interiors seats, RECRO manufacture seats & Saffron seats (Suite class, First class, Business class seat, Economy seats).
Performed 1000 Hours check , monthly check and weekly checks as per relevant task cards.
•Performed visual inspection of aircraft cabin interior including seats, galleys, overhead bins, trimmings, gap filler, curtains, seat track covers, life vest box, lavatories for proper installation and condition as per the checklist.
•Performed pre flight and post flight inspection of VVIP seats checks.
•Performed standard practices such as lock wiring, greasing.
•Carrying out Airframe , Engine Assignment, Transit & Extended Transit, Phase Intermediate Checks, Layover and weekly checks.
•I took full responsibility for acquiring all parts and all AMM/CMM and IPC references needed to perform the tasks.
