In my current role as the Product Lead for Mortgage Acquisition, I oversee the product acquisition strategy for Singapore mortgages (including residential, commercial, industrial property), Overseas Property Financing (OPF) and Renovation Loans. I have demonstrated a strong track record in driving portfolio growth, shaping pricing strategy, spearheading product innovation, enhancing digital origination, and leading 2 cross-functional squads in the Mortgage Performance Cell. My exposure covers both retail and various wealth customer segments, supported by familiarity on MAS regulation, data-driven and stakeholder expertise through MtJ.
