- In charge of doing various QC steps on these dataset to ensure the cleanliness of dataset (e.g. outlier removal, sample removal, missing data, technical artifacts)
- Performed downstream analysis and data visualization on these 2 dataset to derive novel meaningful biological conclusions from the single-cell perspective (e.g. Differential Gene Analysis, Metagene Analysis, GWAS Enrichment, Cell-type Specificity, Gene-gene Correlation Analysis, etc.)
- Wrote academic paper that is published in highly reputable journal.
- Worked alongside a few post-doctorates and collaborative researchers from Exeter University.
