• Carry out all preventive maintenance for ACMV systems
• Experience in hands-on troubleshooting and repair for FCU systems, Daikin VRV system, EAF & FAF systems, installation works
• Investigate, troubleshoot faults and undertake root cause analysis for breakdown faults
• Experience of fixing, overhauling, improving, and overhauling all types of air conditioning systems
• Installed, serviced, and maintained air conditioning system for residential, commercial buildings

• Daily routine checks of M&E Facilities Management (ACMV system, Electrical system, mechanical system, cooling tower etc..)
• Carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for ACMV, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Works
• Investigate, troubleshoot faults and undertake root cause analysis for breakdown faults
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior
• Knowledge and ability in fire protection and building works
• Maintenance of the Fire protection system such as Sprinkler system, hose reel, fire extinguisher, FM200 Hydrant, Dry riser

• Involved in air conditioner installation and break down works
• To attend the breakdown and settled the problem with in the responsible time
• Troubleshoot and repair for all electrical and aircon system
• Everyday inspect the building had discovered the defect and report to superior also other hand normalize the defect
• Liaise with vendors during equipment trouble and servicing

• basic preventive maintenance and trouble sooting.
