My role as a Sr. Section Production Executive, I am accountable to demonstrate my leadership skills by driving the Core teams to achieve Business Objectives as Safety, Quality, Service and Cost. I am accountable to ensure my team works into improvising efficiency through process improvement and optimizing headcount. My responsibility to align all team players towards working in a team and share the appreciation given equally. My responsibilities include working in parallel with the other supporting executives to ensure that there are no obstacles along the way at production.
