* To assist the chefs in maintaining the highest standard of food quality with creativity and
consistency
* To control wastage and ensure efficiency in the kitchens
* To discuss with the Chef on suitable and new products which maybe of interest to our
customers
* To assign in detail, specific duties to all Trainee Chefs and Kitchen Helpers in their work
* To check on freshness and preparation of stocks, sauces and daily garnishes
* To perform weekly and daily ordering of ingredients in individual sections
* To assist Chefs in managing cost reports
* Develop and implement training programs and conduct training sessions
* Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
standard
* To attend any briefings with Head Chef and any other meetings assigned or deemed
