Train and Certify Team Members
Assess safety, process, equipment, and quality training needs for individual team members.
Develop training plans.
Use the training management system to assign, track, and certify training.
Verify that the team member completes certification requirements.
Follow up after training and certification to ensure that the team member is able to perform the tasks independently and cope well to meet production targets and goals.
