• Documented findings and drafted the findings/gaps report, utilizing a priority rating guide with a traffic light mechanism.

Business Analyst, Enterprise Singapore Incentive Management System Project

• Facilitated daily stand-up calls, coordinating efforts among product owners, developers, and testers.
• Provided regular updates on production issue statuses to stakeholders within ESG, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
• Spearheaded the implementation of new enhancements such as BLML (Service Request), overseeing the end-to-end process from requirement gathering to user story creation and test script development. Actively engaged in UAT development as a key testing team member, supporting Product Owners throughout the testing phase.
