Ensure NI/MOD customers are issued with the appropriate reminder, final demand notice, suspension notice and LOD whichever is applicable.
Monitor and maintain the NI/MOD progress claim report.
Manage progress claim including relevant reporting which related to cash flow
Submit the progress claim and follow up closely with NI/MOD customer on the certificate.
Follow up with PIC on the status of WIP Project – this is based on project milestones and deliverables as she needs to crosscheck ensure #3 is manage on timely manner
Identify NI/MOD accounts for legal action and write offs.
Prepare cashflow forecast on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis for NI/MOD.
Review BQ with team on the deliverables required by project and consequently the billing milestone and progress claim submission plan
Generate the billing milestone which this includes the planning timeline to the above to cut short the processing time of the claim for each project
Work closely with Project Controller and Project Manager to ensure work schedule vs billing is up to date, ensuring the claim management is efficient
To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
