Compensation & Benefits (C&B) & Payroll Management:

  • Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage salary structures, allowances, incentive programs, and benefits, while conducting surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

  • To coordinate and track Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) timelines.


Employee Relations:

  • Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures including conducting investigations, preparing the necessary disciplinary letters, conduct counseling as well as domestic inquiries.
  • Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues i.e., disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
