Led the Singapore response base in a successful Tier 3 oil spill response during a complex maritime incident in Singapore waters. Coordinated with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, port authorities, and industry partners, to manage the response effort. Provided strategic direction, oversaw the deployment of personnel and resources, and ensured alignment with international spill response standards.
