Alessie Harper Tan

Alessie is a determined, all-rounded and enthusiastic child who strives for excellence in everything she does. She has moved back to Singapore since January 2024, As a Singaporean, being based in Jakarta for 6 years has made her a very resilient and culturally understanding to friends around her.

We believe that she can easily assimilate into SCGS culture and be a good asset and contribute to the school.

Alessie has a deep passion and flare for badminton. She is currently training with the SCGS P2 team, where she shows good teamwork and friendship among the school players. The badminton coach has recognized her potential and provided a strong recommendation.

In addition to sports, Alessie is musically talented, learning both piano and violin. She recently participated in an online piano competition in Jakarta, demonstrating her skills. I am confident she will make valuable contributions to SCGS’s music programs.
