Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and completing them within the program
• Work closely with the clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Prepare and Conduct Inspection with the project’s RTO.
• Monitor the Sub-Contractor’s daily Site activities ensuring timely and up to quality Completion.
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, monthly claims, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD) and coordinate with BIM team
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure the quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
• Conduct Testing and commissioning together with the Consultant.
• In charge of the system handing over to the client.

• Proposed condominium housing development comprising of 6 blocks 14/15 story apartments of total 805 units with landscape deck, basement car parks and communal facilities at Woodleigh Lane and
• A 7-storey building built with Mass Engineering Timber (MET) system with Zero Energy Building (ZEB) requirement, and a 16-storey building constructed using Advanced Precast System (APCS), Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) system and Passive Displacement Ventilation (PDV) system with Super Low Energy Building (SLEB) requirement.

Responsibilities

• Complete project management for Electrical and low current systems with respect to planning, progress monitoring in line with contract conditions & specifications.
• Review of Project Technical Submittals & Shop drawings in line with project specifications, drawings & standards.
• Review of monthly bill, variation claim and EOT submitted by Contractor.
• Attend site inspection for electrical and low current systems.
• Coordinate with Contractor and Facility Management for T&C, Training and Handing over MEP equipment and Services.
• Witness factory testing and site testing of LV system.
• Project - New Futura
• Proposed condominium housing developed by city development limited, the two 36-storeys towers comprise of 124 residential units with 6 themed sky terraces and 2 levels of basement carparks at Leonie Hill.

Responsibilities

• Test the electrical equipment’s/components for continuity, currents, voltage, and resistance.
• Installation of electrical wiring to building.
• Checking the maintenance of batteries for generators (250-400 kVA).
• Supervising and developing programs concerning the safety of the employee.
• Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance programs for employees.
• Keeping the maintenance record.
• Handling matter of environmental concern.
• Daily/Monthly/Quarterly inspection of the generators and equipment.
• Processing company paper, permit and license to the Government Authority.
• Attending seminars, community service and company meetings.
• Project - Singapore Sports Hub (National Stadium)
• The 35-hectare (350,000 sq m) Singapore Sports Hub is made up of several sports and recreational facilities with basement and multi-story carparks at Stadium Drive.

Responsibilities

• Organize temporary power supply for construction usage
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Execute mechanical and electrical work in building construction
• Maintain generators (400 - 600 kVA)
• To ensure coordination with other disciplines is effective for each project
• In charge of podium electrical installation, ID lighting installation and provision of power requirements according to the specifications in zone 1&2
• Inspect DB’s and hand tools with LEW
