MAINTENANCE:

· Performing predictive and preventive maintenance for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimize.

· Troubleshooting online Breakdowns in a timely manner.

· Creating CAPA by investigating root cause for breakdowns

· Responsible for Creating Zero Incident Safe Equipment operating culture.

· Ensure spare maintenance and readiness

· Maintaining & modifying equipment to ensure that is safe, reliable and efficient.

PLANNING:

· Inventory of material for maintenance and projects from vendors

· Receiving and storage of equipments and maintain log book for inventories

· Arranging Outsources people like NDT,mobile equipment.

· Planing of maintenance along with production schedule

SAFETY:

· Safety Trainings by HSSE dept. as per HSSE standard

· Conduct daily meeting and trainings regarding safety progress·

· Responsible for Creating Zero Incident area

· Safety and Fire audit in site

COST AND PROGRESS REPORT:

· Documentation of day to day Log sheets,weekly & Monthly Reports.

· Analyzing and interpreting data.

· Conduct minutes of meeting to clients about progress

· Innovating the cost saving projects in maintenance

PROJECT:

· Responsible for execution of works control as per ISO standard, drawings and schedule

Protocol preparation for Project activities

· Responsible for prompt installation / implementation in a planned way and ensure the easy maintenance procedure.

· Commissioning Activities like Non destructive test,Hydrostatic test, Flushing,Blowing,Reinstatement & Tightness test etc.

· Manpower resource handling for project

· Involving in Construction job -Safety/MC walkthrough, Punch list Preparation & Closing the Punches Category wise.
