• As SPoC for Client in APAC regions for more than 8 years, I am responsible for detailed project planning, scope definition, product delivery and maintenance for end to end management of client engagements.
• Located in Client Singapore office, I am serving as point person for client communications and manage client interactions for projects consistently above $1.5M annual revenue for last 5 years.
• Managed client expectations and resolved disputes throughout project lifecycle of various products delivered.
• Contributed in Client Cloud Transformation journey. Led project which resulted in $160K annually saving in Infrastructure and licensing cost in 2021.
• Engaged in Client Agile enabled transformation. Participate and contributed in daily stand-up, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives as certified Scrum Master.
• Responsible for leading periodic meetings with Client stakeholders to communicate project status, proactively identify project risks and work to mitigate and resolve issues and make recommendations to ensure project success
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on project development and client management skills to develop team members who are leading their own teams across the global now.
• As leader in the region, I am constantly planning for future resource needs as per client future project plans and growth aspiration of team members. This has resulted in stable service level for client even through planned and unplanned team members releases.
