· Build Voyager 1015,1035, a Laser Scanning Patterned Wafer Defect Inspection, darkfield tools from move-in, final integration and final testing.

· Perform Laser installation mainly Coherent/Crylas, Optic Modules, Auto Focus system, Microscope, Stage tuning, Robot Handler teaching, Mechanical fine alignment etc.

· Customer's primary contact for technical and service-related escalations during installation (TSMC,Intel,Samsung etc.)

· Travel to customer site and support field escalations.

• Provided training, guidance and documentation to production floor technicians on operational procedure and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipments.(Eg:Hirata Stacker Cranes, Soft Energy Li-ion battery charge&discharge pin jigs, Conveyor system, Pneumatics etc.)
• Created engineering documentation for manufacturing processes,equipment specifications and change notices.
• Decreased Lithium Ion battery defect rate by less than 5% by applying process capability analysis and creating weekly defect reports.
• Created equipment performance reports to support executive decision making.

· Maintained hard disk testing equipment in high volume production line which include repair and troubleshooting in cleanroom class 100 environment.

· Performed equipment maintenance and worked on to reduce reject goals set by management.

· Performed root cause analysis on hard down tester recovery and monitoring.

· Performed Robot pick & place head data point verifications for smooth running.
