-Resposible for integration the organizatio's applications, which are typically multi-tier application
-Responsible for ensuring thath the technical architecture is followed and that services necessary to meet the changing needs of the organization are implemented and maintained
-Responsible for the planning implementation and maintenance of distributed internet architecture to support
-Planning, coordinating and overseeing activities related to integration of software programs and applications into the organization's information
-Participate with the end users in the strategic design process and translate business needs into technical system solutions
-Resolve incidents as per the agreed SLAs and timelines.
Business
-Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions

Support (1st and 2nd level)•Tune Protect Malaysia,Kuala Lumpur
• Assist the Chief Information Officer/Manager in planning & developing new project.
• Daily conversion and checksum from TAOS, FLAS, PMIS system to back end system(GIS) .Monitor daily conversion rate and fix if any data miss out.
• Help to send JPJ signal and monitor JPJ gateway.
• Improve customer service experience.
• Entertain users complaints on existing application system and also on system performance.
• Running routine jobs daily/weekly/monthly/Yearly and generate ad-hoc reports for users
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
• Respond to request for technical assistance in person via phone, electrically.
• Prepare and coordinate SIT and UAT testing with the users before deployment to production.

· Responsible for reviewing a company's computer systems, documenting any changes made ,and making recommendations for improvements.

· Enhance, plan capacity and design related to infrastructure engineering projects.

· Set up intranets or network systems within a company and configure routers and servers.

· Manage security of system and inter-application information transfers.

Administer and manage all corporate network assets

• Responsible to ensure customers operate well using Mywam system, to setup and train user
• Effectively troubleshoot software, hardware and network problem
• Perform routine preventive maintenance servicein cluding data backup

• Detect application software bugs on existing application system
