I am enthusiastic and eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. I clearly understand effective communication and the importance of being people-oriented, and trained in time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Examples of when these attributes were demonstrated were during nursing internships. During the internship, communication with different healthcare teams, including doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, was practised. Being able to provide care and needs first, respecting their needs and voices, has shaped me. I was tasked to master time management by prioritising the care plan for my patient from the most important to the least important. I am motivated to learn, grow, and excel in the healthcare industry.
