  • Responsible for more than 10 trial run Encapsulated Molding Compound (EMC) products for chipmaker companies such as (Texas Ins., Honeywell, TSMC, China region).
  • Perform Measurement System Analysis and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility to study the precision and accuracy of testing tools and measurement.
  • Conduct Failure Analysis (Visual Inspection Analysis) using SEM and X-ray to analyze defects and fulfil customer requests.
