With a solid tenure at Intac Systems Solution Pte Ltd since September 2013, I have honed my expertise as a Civil and structure engineer. My journey began as a Construction Worker cum Scaffold Erector, where I contributed to the development of Seletar camp facilities and infrastructure. Progressing through roles, I became a Concreter and Scaffold Erector for the 22kv substation project at Tampines link, further showcasing my versatility and commitment to growth. In my capacity as a C&S supervisor cum Scaffold Supervisor, I have been instrumental in the new erection of 230KV substations at Upper Jurong. These projects, spanning from February 2019 to the anticipated completion in June 2025, have allowed me to demonstrate my leadership in coordinating and managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and resolving technical drawing discrepancies. My responsibilities extend to assisting site engineers with site preparation, overseeing QSS Inspections, and supervising scaffold and formwork erections. My proactive approach in collaborating with safety teams to identify and rectify unsafe acts or conditions has been pivotal in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my hands-on management of workforce safety and health, underpinning my professional ethos in the construction industry.
