• Manage optical transport infrastructure and capacity delivery within the APAC region including Transpacific.
• Manage the delivery of large-scale network projects from inception through delivery, while leading cross functional teams and ensuring stakeholders are aware of project status.
• Engage with external vendors for outsourced network build services. Facilitate review and acceptance of vendor handover documentation.

1) Smart Nation Project with Largest Public Sector in Singapore (2016-2017)

• Lead Architect and TPM in delivering IP-MPLS transport network design and deployment. Awarded as Nokia APAC Best Solution Architect based on the customer feedback 'instrumental in enabling difficult Smart Nation project and best resource from Nokia'.

2) IPTV with Largest Provider in Singapore (2016-2017)

• Lead Architect in delivering IP-MPLS solution for IPTV Data Center connectivity for multicast TV delivery. Aided customer with creativity, problem solving and analytics skillset which enabled customer to successfully onboard new Restart TV and Time shift value-added applications.

3) 4G RAN Security with Second Largest Telco in Singapore (2017-2018)

• Lead Architect in delivering IP-MPLS solution for Security Gateway implementation including IPSec gateway and firewall for 4G Mobile Backhaul. Aided customer with solution which enabled smooth transition/migration from unencrypted to encrypted RAN including the X.509 certificate management lifecycle.

4) Next-Generation Transport Network with Singapore Public Sector (2017-2018)

• Lead Architect and TPM in delivering next-generation transport network design and deployment converging cross-domains IP-MPLS and Optical solutions to provide unified and robust transport network architecture.

5) Next-Generation Network and Cloud Services with Largest Enterprise in Singapore (2018-2020)

• End-to-End Architect/TPM in delivering next-generation network and cloud infrastructure design and deployment converging cross-domains IP-MPLS, Optical, GPON, SD-WAN and DC fabric solutions (including Openstack) to provide feature-rich network and cloud services for retail and wholesale residential, business, and mobile users. In 2019, I received Nokia APAC ION Excellence Award for my exceptional contribution to this project.

6) 5G RAN Security with Second Largest Telco in Singapore (2020)

• Lead Architect in delivering Security Gateway design and implementation including IPSec gateway and firewall for 5G Mobile Backhaul. Aided customer to improve the 5G Security Gateway resilience design using Multi-Chassis IPSec Gateway & Firewall solution.

• Responsible for providing technical engineering information and assistance to company management to ensure that project complies with the requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, and identifying appropriate resources.
• Overseeing engineering projects and resources, managing project risks and issues.
• Create, manage, and track CAPEX and OPEX planning and spending.
• Delegate and monitor works to engineering team members including Network Engineers, IP Solution Engineers, and System Engineers. Providing support and interpretation of instructions and objectives.
• Led the network build and turn-up of MyRepublic Indonesia.

• Design, planning and implementation of MyRepublic IP/MPLS network, GPON FTTH Broadband Network Gateway and Subscriber Management services including AAA and CGNAT, Enterprise solutions and services such as L2-VPN, MPLS-VPN, SD-WAN.
• Interact with Pre-Sales and Product teams in providing technical expertise for product development and implementation of customer solutions.
