• Managing the Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects.
• Coordinate with project staff and provide direction and support to the project team.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Deploy the required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements.
• Plan, schedule and monitor the project timelines and ensure site safety measures are in place at all times.

• Responsible for any other role as assigned by the project Director from time to time.

• Singapore General Hospital - Expansion of Neurology and Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit (NNICU) with Isolation rooms at Block 2 Level 2.
• KK Women's and Children's Hospital - Constructing of New ICU (CICU, CSDU, WICU) with positive and negative pressure rooms and creation of a Paediatric Burns Unit.
• Singapore General Hospital - Constructing of Haematology and Nuclear medicine ward with 23nos of Isolation rooms and Refreshment works to lift lobby at Ward 72 & ward 73 (Block 7 Level 2 & 3).
• Singapore Changi Airport - Revamping existing multipurpose hall into Event Hub at Terminal 2.
• Singapore General Hospital - Constructing of New Renal Dialysis Center with Isolation rooms including RO system, Renal Intermediate Care Area, Renal Ward and Refreshment works to lift lobby at Ward 42 (Block 4 Level 2).

• Manage the day-to-day site operations till the final completion of projects.
• Attend all client, consultant, sub-contractors and site meetings.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the construction project team to support quality and productivity improvement matters.

• Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety measures are in place at all times.
• Perform QC checks and to ensure proper documentation control on-site.

• Perform responsibilities of preparing initial project layouts as per the guidelines of the project lead.
