Customer Service Agent (Flexi Position)
Arrival Flight Handling Duties
- Welcoming and guiding arrival and transit passengers disembarking from Singapore Airlines flights.
- Intercepting passengers with tight connections and direct them to their immediate flights
- Intercepting passengers with misconnections and explaining to them the new flight arrangements and giving out other service recovery package e.g. Meal Vouchers or Hotel Vouchers
- Liaising with the crew members and airport security personnel to ensure all the passengers have disembarked from the aircraft
Departure Flight Handling
- Opening the gate on time to ensure passengers are allowed into the gate hold room
- Verifying the flight number/date, Name on passport and boarding pass and the person against the passport's photo page to allow the correct passenger to board
- Scanning the boarding passes successfully and refer to the gate officer if there is any prompt alert
- Manning the lane with vigilance to monitor the movement of passengers in and out
- Tagging passengers excessive or oversize hand carry bags
- Assisting passengers for boarding e.g. elderly and mother with infant
- Providing good service to ensure memorable experience for our departing passengers.
