● Handle Australia and New Zealand procurement activities for Siemens Healthineers (specifically for project)
● PIC for all Siemens in Indonesia Indirect Material Purchasing process (Siemens Indonesia, Mobility, Healthineers and Siemens LDA)
● Checking and verifying all orders for Siemens Malaysia, Siemens Healthcare Malaysia, Siemens Inc Philippines.

●Work closely with GBS Account payable Team for invoice processing and vendor payment.
●Liaise with GSS Master Data Team in India and Germany in case there is any error in payment or vendor creation.
● Be the contact person for any special arrangement, inquiry or escalation regarding purchasing, delivery & payment.
●Follow up payment status for vendor with Siemens Account Team in Bangalore, India.
●Responsible to ensure all orders has been send out and received by initiator and vendor before the event .
●Responsible to prepare monthly report on PO and Payment status.
●Liaise with GSS Master Data Team in India and Germany in case there is any error in payment or vendor creation.
● Liaise with Country Buyer for standard Supply Chain process and make sure all procurement process are updated according to SCM direction.
● Arrange HR Sr Vice President meeting, schedule, business trip, logistics, accommodations and etc.
●Prepare monthly hiring and turnover report for Energy ASEAN Pacific.
●Prepare minute of meeting and absenteeism report for HR department.
●Handling recruitment process from arranging interview, prepare contract of appointment, create new email, make on boarding announcement to the sector until new staff in board.
●Responsible to ensure all documents in employees’ personal file are completed for audit purpose.
●Responsible to work with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications team to organize career fair outside Siemens.
●Support HR Business Partners from different sectors related to recruitment and administration.
●Responsible to do purchasing for HR department.
●Control department budget and ensure all the cost incurred during recruitments events has been charged out to the responsible.
●Key person to communicate with Malaysia HR team as well as Asean Pacific to prepare HR monthly newsletter.
●Responsible to organize department outing and support Siemens Malaysia events.
● Advertise the Job Vacancy in the Corporate Website, Intranet and JobStreet
● Arrange interview for shortlisted candidate based on the Hiring Manager and candidates schedule.
● Send Out the interview outcome and update the candidates regarding their interview status
● Prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) and addendum letter for four different industries in Siemens Malaysia whether is it permanent, contract or local expatriate.
● Prepare the welcome package for new hires based on company policy
● Responsible to arrange the monthly induction program and invite the responsible speaker for the program.
● Update the name list of new hires for Siemens staff and 3rd party contract staff.
● Responsible to raise Orlig for new staffs email creation and Access Card.
● Prepare new hires personal file and ensure all document are completed before send to payroll
● Update all information related to Talent Acquisition such as Staff, Invoices, staff requisition, staff referral program, Induction listing and etc.
● Do administrative job such as order food for induction, take care of Induction Items stocks, booking meeting room, call ambassador for any inquiry and etc.
● Give full support and cooperation for all events organized BY Human Resource Department and other Business Unit in Siemens.
