In my current position as Segment Leader ARC (Anesthesia & Respiratory Care) for the Australia & New Zealand, Korea and ASEAN region in GE Healthcare, my key responsibilities and achievements include managing the ARC business with an annual target of more than USD$40m.
With my team of 10 Product Managers and Clinical Specialist across the region, I co‑create customized strategies for each country and execute these to ensure business growth. Through programs designed to improve market visibility and win rates to meet annual operating plan targets, we drive ARC Product Pricing Strategy to ensure clear price positioning in line with increasing costs and fulfillment challenges.
As a team, we ensure the timely launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the region by working on the NPI's regulatory registration, Go to market strategy, Pricing, Product Trainings and exciting commercial launch plans.
I manage, support and motivate my team of direct reports through regular touch points, team meetings and business reviews. In GEHC's matrix organization, I foster close collaboration with cross functional teams to drive commercial operational success ‑ Country Sales leaders, Marketing, Operations, Service team, Finance, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance teams.
Driving Clinical Excellence by working closely with the Clinical Applications team to deliver clinical educational programs- Webinars, CME talks, KOL lectures and channel partner trainings to promote the unique selling points of our solutions, brand building and
Working and collaborating with Global Product Managers to provide and obtain feedback on the region/global customers. These feedback will be used for future product revisions, modifications and development . Networking with the other region General Managers will ensure receipt of latest Market Intelligence on competition activities.
