Led the transition of billing protocols for stadium bookings from centralized FAS billing to individual club invoicing. Assisted in transitioning from the licensing agreement to the updated booking form, now in place for the 2024-2025 SPL season. Assisted in reviewing KPIs to facilitate correct budget allocation for the 2023-2024 season and the upcoming 2024-2025 season, collaborating with the Sports Booking Office to support club financial accountability.
Played a key role in the execution and planning of the Singapore Youth League (SYL), working both on-site to ensure seamless event operations and in a background planning capacity. Coordinated closely with the event management company, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects were in place, from equipment setup to schedule adherence, to deliver a successful league experience.
Managed the UTR! Overseas Scholarship program, which provides young Singaporean athletes with international experience. Coordinated participation in events like the MAD Cup in Madrid, overseeing travel logistics, accommodation, and on-ground support for Singaporean trialists and scholars. Provided tailored guidance to each scholar based on their strengths and challenges, fostering their development both on and off the field. On my second trip to Spain, facilitated the students’ transport to and from training, helped them settle into King’s College, and addressed any issues on the ground.
