• HR Support for Coaching Recruitment

Assisted the HR team in recruiting coaches, primarily NDC and SFA coaches, by facilitating the interview process and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely hiring decisions. Conducted initial screenings, scheduled interviews, and managed post-interview communication to maintain a streamlined recruitment workflow.

• Operational and Venue Logistics

Oversaw training and match arrangements across multiple venues in Singapore for SPL, COE, SYL ,L and many more addressing challenges such as venue shortages due to renovations. Secured alternative sites, like Tampines SAFRA, ensuring minimal disruption to athletes’ training schedules.

• League Transformation Project

Led the transition of billing protocols for stadium bookings from centralized FAS billing to individual club invoicing. Assisted in transitioning from the licensing agreement to the updated booking form, now in place for the 2024-2025 SPL season. Streamlined KPIs for budget disbursement, ensuring that FAS submitted necessary documentation for review. Assisted in reviewing KPIs to facilitate correct budget allocation for the 2023-2024 season and the upcoming 2024-2025 season, collaborating with the Sports Booking Office to support club financial accountability.

• Singapore Youth League (SYL)

Played a key role in the execution and planning of the Singapore Youth League (SYL), working both on-site to ensure seamless event operations and in a background planning capacity. Coordinated closely with the event management company, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects were in place, from equipment setup to schedule adherence, to deliver a successful league experience.

• Overseas Scholarship Program

Managed the UTR! Overseas Scholarship program, which provides young Singaporean athletes with international experience. Coordinated participation in events like the MAD Cup in Madrid, overseeing travel logistics, accommodation, and on-ground support for Singaporean trialists and scholars. Provided tailored guidance to each scholar based on their strengths and challenges, fostering their development both on and off the field. On my second trip to Spain, facilitated the students’ transport to and from training, helped them settle into King’s College, and addressed any issues on the ground. Liaised with Rayo Alcobendas and the school regarding transportation and foreign identification cards, ensuring a smooth transition for the scholars during their training and studies

• Event Execution

Organized and conducted the Football Conversation 2024, developing a structured feedback system to gauge participant satisfaction and identify areas for improvement for future events. Supported expansion of partnerships through planning and executing the BG Pathum MOU signing, ensuring a smooth process to solidify collaboration and resource-sharing opportunities.

• Worked with the D&P Team to organize multiple types of events.
• The list of events that I have helped manage are HSBC World Rugby 7's, Pesta Sukan, Youth Creates, International Champions Cup (ICC), Opening of the Jurong lake Gardens, Jr. NBA Singapore selections, GetActive!Singapore and many more.
• Worked alongside the different departments like the ActiveSG Football Academy (AFA), ActiveSG Basketball Academy (ABA), ActiveSG Tennis Academy (ATA) and many more.

• Worked with ONE FC as a sub Final Year Project in Republic Polytechnic
• We were tasked to recruit 350 Super Fans by using the Social Media Platform which they will then attend the ONE FC event at Singapore Indoor Stadium.
• We were also tasked to brief the Super Fans on what to do and also manage them during fight night.
• My team and I also had the opportunity to help with setting up the venue for the event and experience what it is like to hold an event of that scale.

• Inspect stocks to identify shortages, replenish supply and maintain consistent inventory.
• Work closely with Medical Officers to plan and strategize on medical supplies stock.
• Liaise with different vendors to indent medical supply for the medical centre.
• Create a system to organize the supplies.
• Liaise with other SAF Medical Centres/ Camps and do transfers of equipment .
• Being a Medical Logistics Specialists requires a lot of patience as the job is very fast paced and also very high responsibility as it requires handling of medical items such as drugs, medical equipment and much more.

• To set up, stand by, operate and tear down technical services assigned in event production.
• We had to work in a team in a fast paced environment to ensure that all the audio and visual equipments are ready to be used in multiple events happening concurrently.

• Deliver food and items to GRAB customers.
• Completed rush deliveries on tight timetables to satisfy customer needs.
• Managed customer inquiries and complaints in polite and professional manner.

• Packing of Under Armour products in a Factory Warehouse.
• Stock and organize products in warehouse for easy accessibility and order fulfillment.
• Load and unload trucks with products and packaging materials for delivery to and from facility.
• Pick and pack order items.
