• UT Flaw Detection, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing, Hardness Testing, PMI Of Pressure Vessels, Butt Joints, Nozzle Openings, Shell to Nozzle, Man Holes, Structures and Offshore Jackets.
• Wet fluorescent & non fluorescent magnetic particle testing on the vessels, exchangers as per code requirements & client specifications. (All pressure parts, non-pressure parts & Lifting Equipment)
• Fluorescent & visible penetrant testing (Solvent removable) on the vessels, exchanger (back -gouged areas, all pressure parts, non-pressure parts) as per code requirements & Client specification.
• Carried out ultrasonic thickness measurement of pipelines and equipment. Then corrosion check on pressure vessels. Tank Exchanger Column & Lamination check of raw materials.
• UT (Lamination), MPT (Yoke Methods), LPT Performed in Plants.
• Carried out magnetic inspection on socket weld, nozzle weld, Butt weld, Fillet weld, Rig equipment and Inspection on Dry method and fluorescent method using Yoke methods.
• Carried out penetration inspection on weld joints equipment, components such as extension bellows, pump casting, shaft etc.
• Radiography Testing on pipelines, Heat Exchanger, Tanks, Boilers, Cross country pipelines etc.
• Carried Out UT Flaw at Piping Carbon Steel & Stainless-Steel Joint Before & After PWHT Accordance ASME B31.3 Process Piping.
• Ultrasonic Testing on Steel Plates for Lamination (As Per SA435)
• Planning The NDT As Per Client Requirements and Follow the Code & Standards (DNV, AWS & ABS Etc).
• NDT Inspection and Reporting According To ASME, AWS, API, BSEN And ABS, DNV Class Standards and Client Procedures. Performs Ultrasonic Examination of Welds. Fluorescent Penetrant Testing and Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Testing Experience in Inspection of Welded Sections.
• Magnetic Particle Inspection of Welded Joints Using YOKE, PRODE AND BENCH

• MODSONIC TFT, DIG SCAN, OLYMPUS 600, 650 & DOPPLER-30
• PT-FLOURESCENT AND NON FLOURESCENT METHOD (With solvent removal method & Water washable method)
• MT-YOKE – AC/DC, BENCH MACHINE – Direct/Indirect Magnetization & COIL Method
