Duties & Responsibilities:

• To assist the occupier of the worksite to identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice which is carried out in the worksite.
• To recommend to the occupier of the worksite to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practices.
• To assist the occupier of the worksite to implement such reasonably practicable measures.
• To enter, inspect and examine at any reasonable time the work.
• To inspect and examine at any machinery, equipment, plant installation or article in the worksite and discuss findings that may cause risk of bodily injury to workers working within the premises and advise on their remedial actions.
• To require the production of the worksite records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the act including any other relevant document, ant to inspect and examine any of them
• To make such examination or inquiry of the worksite and of any person at work at that worksite as may be necessary to execute his duties.
• To assess the level of noise, illumination, heat or harmful or hazardous substance in the worksite and the exposure level of person at work therein
• To respond promptly to and investigate any accident dangerous occurrence or occupational disease that occurred within the worksite and advised on the remedial control measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence.
• To work closely with the relevant authorities (e.g., Ministry of Manpower/Occupational Safety and Health Division) on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) matters
• To assist the management in EHS promotion to promote awareness among workers by organizing campaign, training courses, competitions, etc.
• To generate and submit weekly inspection reports.
• To participate in monthly WSH compliance inspection together with management
• To conduct emergency response drills and safety inductions

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all worker attended SIC (in- house)
• Apply PTW for all works (Insulation, Housekeeping, Work @ Height)
• Advise Supervisor & Worker on working safely by complying to basic PPE etc
• Co-Ordinate with other Supervisor on matters related to Work Activities & Storage Area
• Ensure worker hydrate with clean water regularly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all worker attended SIC (in- house).

• Conduct Safety Inspection on All Manhole & Lifting Operation.
• Ensure Compliance of PTW & Necessary Documents before entry to Confine Space (CS).
• Perform Verify & Validate of PTW (Work @ Height, Confine Space & Lifting).
• Check Electrical Equipment has LEW & approved type of lighting and into CS.
• Confine Space Attendant is aware of the emergence response plan.
• Lifting Operation need to have lifting supervisor and plan before execution of work activity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute the health, safety, and environmental management plan in accordance with Singapore legal requirements, Shell Eastern Petroleum Limited HSSE specifications, and AmecFW HSSE requirements.
• Execute the health and safety action plans on site to ensure all contractors comply with the site HSSE requirements.
• Ensure all construction / operational activities are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company’s Safety Policies, Statutory Regulations, and Guidelines.
• Administer site HSSE inspection, meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-job start talk.
• Perform HSSE audits on contractors and vendors on a regular basis.
• Upkeep project HSSE records as required by Singapore Regulation, Client Requirements, and AmecFW procedures.
• Ensure Heavy Equipment’s and Machinery / Power tools undergo pre-deployment checks and periodic inspection.
• Monitor and recommend improvement to site HSSE performances.
• Help organize safety promotion, campaigns, talks, and milestone achievement.
• Conduct Incident / near miss investigation and submit reports to HSSE Manager & Project Management.
• Issue notification and share latest update where necessary.
• Assist in conservation of the environment with consideration to the safe use and recycle, reuse, or dispose of waste materials.
• Reduce the use of hazardous materials.
• Conduct site HSSE induction for all site personnel.
• Facilitate special training to those where the performance of their duties may cause an impact on HSSE which include emergency situations such as incident, near miss, chemical spills, and releases.
• Compile monthly HSSE monthly statistics in the absence of Safety Officer and submit the report to the construction manager.
• Conduct Internal Training (Safety Induction Training, Work @ height, MEWP, Permit to Work, Banksman & Fire watchman etc.) to all Stakeholders.
• Review all Permit-to Work daily prior to work commencement.
• Execute the Area Leadership Team Area Walkabout with Construction Teams as scheduled.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Safety Induction Course to all Existing/New Staff working at Sports Hub.
• Update the database of participants (Attended/No-Show) regularly.
• Perform Site Environment, Safety & Health (EHS) inspection.
• Prepare EHS inspection report and submit to the management weekly.
• Perform Work Authorization/ Permit to Work review & storage document accordingly.
• Compliment Contractor for Good Practice Observed and Intervene with Respect for worker doing non-compliance act.

• Conduct Weekly Safety Stand-still to all contractor with regards to lifting operation & safety incidents learning in Bukom.
• Attend 3 daily meetings (lead safety, TA & Crane Coordination).
• Lifting walkabout at TA process unit with lifting department (engineer & manager).
• Involved in incident investigation team (near-miss & violation).
• Daily audit on Hazard Identification Total Safety (HITS) form, Lifting plan & other documentation.
• Conduct site walk with Tiong Woon Crane Management team 3x weekly for crane inspection.
• Visual observation on safety compliance for the lifting operation (intervene lifting crew violate / non-compliance).
• Develop rigger& signalman training slides along with exam paper (In-House training).
• Conduct trains the trainer course for rigger man & signalman to all shell in-house contractor (UTOC, SWIFT, TWC, Hiap-Seng, Mun- Siong, Grief & HSL).
• Conduct Practical signal & rigger man course for all in house contractor with regards to proper rigging method.
• Review Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd Safety Management System (HS214OP) when needed.
• Communicate with other in-house safety contractor on safety hazards and rectify the issue immediately.
• Prepare and Submit Lifting & Safety report to HSE Coach & Lifting Engineer.
• Review Method Statement & Risk Assessment (MSRA) for lifting operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure activities in construction sites are complying with Workplace, Safety & Health and Environmental Management System.
• Provides safety advice and support on all aspects of field to the operation in the proper execution of their work tasks.
• Coordinate, Organize and Promote safety activities and campaigns to raise safety awareness on site.
• Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety and environmental provisions.
• Ensure Implementation, control, and enforcement of safety on site.
• Assist in the investigation of all accident and incidents and records all findings to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all statutory regulations, company's s safety regulation and code of practice are implemented and compiled by all project staff.
• Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard.
• Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne, or food-borne disease on the construction site lead and manage site WSHE matters including the Company and Subcontractor.
• Coordinates ad Conduct Safety and Environmental briefing, training and orientation for projects staff, construction workers and subcontractors.
• Confine Space Assessor for the site prior to work commencement.
• Conduct Weekly Housekeeping along with all sub-con workers to perform housekeeping & suggest control measure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Safety Officer for the Safety Induction Course.
• Conduct joint Site Inspection with other company Safety Coordinator.
• Identify Hazard and apply relevant Control Measure to solve the as soon as possible.
• Perform Regular Site Inspection.
• Ensure sub-con comply with in-house safety rules.
• Perform random check on worker who is operating the lifting machine and check their license for competency.
• Assess the risk involved in the daily activities.
