During my 7 years in Jakarta from 2016 to 2023, I led F&B outlet renovations, repositioned dining concepts, managed CSR projects, and navigated both the COVID-19 crisis and post-pandemic recovery. These responsibilities required innovative, out-of-the-box initiatives while immersing myself in the local culture and becoming fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. These experiences not only strengthened my leadership and operational expertise but also deepened my understanding of the Indonesian hospitality landscape, guest preferences, and service expectations. Guided by strong family values, I am proud to share my life with my Indonesian wife and our 8-year-old daughter. These values shape my leadership style, emphasizing responsibility, continuous learning, and fostering collaborative environments where teams can excel. Looking ahead, I remain passionate about integrating AI, new technologies, and robotics to streamline operations and elevate guest experiences.
