Job Scope:-

• Collaborate with Production to supply raw materials from warehouse as per Production requirement plan
• Ensure material availability and stock status in warehouse SAP before processing Picking Summary for Production supply
• Highlight to Quality team/ Material Planner team if stocks are expired/ not available/ under Quarantine / others
• Use Narrow Aisle Man-up Vehicle/ Stacker/ Forklift / Walkie Pallet to pick out goods from racks and transport goods
• Verify and ensure picked goods are correct and available in inventory stock status / properly pack on pallet before issuing to Production
• Use SAP transaction and Radio Frequency scanner to scan product barcode to assigned Production floor and ensure Production team has checked and verify goods received
• Collection of Finished Goods packed by Production floor and transfer via stacker to warehouse
• Segregate Finished Goods by market / storage in own warehouse/ to transfer to 3rd party warehouse
• Loading of Finished Goods into container via forklift for direct shipment/ for transfer to 3rd party for temporary storage before loading for shipments
• Receiving and unloading of all import goods from overseas / local deliveries of raw materials and ensure proper handling before data entry into SAP system
• Weekly cycle count and yearly stock take to maintain warehouse stock accuracy

Reason for leaving:-

Retrenchment ( new organization)

• Distribution of household products to local and overseas customer. Managed approximately 30 customers daily.
• Pick and pack goods as per delivery order from warehouse racks via Narrow aisle man-up vehicle/ stacker/ forklift / walkie pallet
• Collaborate with delivery drivers on customer's order/ segregation of delivery route before loading goods
• Receiving of imported goods/ verification / data entry before storage into racks
• Monthly and yearly cycle count / stock take
