I am currently a senior manager Business Development Manager at Prudential Singapore, partnered and supporting 2 segments, personal banking and wealth banking of United Overseas Bank (UOB).
Together with partners, I have grown the total production of sales groups (total of 10 UOB branches) by close to 50% and production per headcount by 40%
As a coach, I was an investment and Bancassurance trainer at Manulife Singapore, developing new training curriculum and training both high net worth bankers and financial advisors, both soft and technical skills. I was then placed to train and to coach the MDRT achievers of Manulife agencies.
I also hosted as an emcee various events like the townhalls and adhoc events for both employees and customers for Manulife
In terms of management, I was previously a team head of DBS bank, in charge of 15 sales and service staffs.
