As a Sound Engineer, my role is overseeing all aspects related to audio equipment and sound quality for the team. This involves ensuring optimal audio performance during live events and recordings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Audio Equipment Management:

1. Identify specific audio needs for live performances and sound recordings.

2. Select and maintain high-quality audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and headphones.
Regularly test and adjust audio equipment for optimal performance.

• Acoustic Space Setup:

1. Establish a dedicated space for team activities with a focus on acoustics.

2. Minimize background noise and echo to enhance sound quality.

• Training and Support:

1. Provide training and guidelines to team members on proper microphone usage.

2. Educate the team on troubleshooting common audio issues.

• Live Show Facilitation:

1. Handle the cue sheet to ensure smooth execution of live events.

2. Prepare a detailed timeline and guide for shows, outlining all important cues and transitions.
Coordinate with the production team, stage managers, and technicians for cue planning.

• Adaptability During Events:

1. Remain attentive to unforeseen circumstances during live shows.

2. Quickly adapt and communicate necessary adjustments to the cue sheet as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in audio equipment management and sound quality optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate, set up and maintain audio equipment for live events, recording and broadcast.
• Adjust and balance sound sources using equalization and audio effects.
• Ensure high-quality sound by troubleshooting technical issues.
• Manage microphones, soundboards and amplifiers for optimal audio performances.
• Conduct sound checks and monitor audio level during performances.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead nd superviser adventure activities such as hiking, rock climbing, zip-lining, kayaking and team building exercises.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by following proper safety protocols and guidelines.
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations and safety briefings before activities,
• Assist participants in using equipment properly and confidently.
• Foster a fun, engaging and educational environment for adventures of all skill levels.
