- Assist the Lead Designer in analyzing customer’s operational data and defining the design parameters based on the results of data analysis.

- Prepare technical and functional descriptions of proposed system, drawings, engineering reports, presentation slides, cost estimation, quotation, tender documents and other supporting documentation for tender submission, tender interview and clarification to win new projects.

- Create and plan the layout based on Lead Designer’s concept solutions.

- Calculate required sub-systems scope based on detailed equipment.

• Provide the best conceptual airport baggage handling system.
• On site support customers in design related issues and resolved their existing issues through discussion with customers meet the customers requirements.
• Create layout diagram and provide the final costing sheet to customer.
• Work different kind of Airport and field industry such as:
  - Airport upgarde / New Airport (Langkawi, Masa Alam, Hanedah, Indonesia etc.)
• Carton Box handling (DHL etc.)

• Work closely with construction engineer and architectural by understand their drawing.
• Using 2D AutoCAD to produce technical drawing.
• Knowledge of standard materials and weight calculation.

• Developed customer new sorting line to meet new factory.
• With extensive knowledge and experience of different kind of field industry such as: Tire rubber process line (Michelin, and Yokohama etc.), Carton Box handling (DHL, Family Mart Warehouse, and Unilever etc.)
• Performed general engineering calculations for the designs.

• On site support customers in design related issues and resolved their existing issues through discussion with customers.
• Create and design tool, jig, and feature for machine quality control testing. To ensure the machine is not out of machine specification tolerance.
• Designed equipments to meet ASME Y14.5 standards.
