  • Research, development and implementation of all types of chemical baths standards, procedures and processes including plating, anodizing & Etching Process.
  • Lead and directed a team of Shift Manufacturing Supervisors and Production Specialists for fulfill daily production output/yield targets, meet delivery schedules, improve cycle-time and maintain quality standards.
