- Increase CMM machine efficiency and reduce incoming inspection rate
- Perform new product qualification process including PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control plan review

- Perform supplier selection process and evaluate supplier performance

- Conduct Supplier Audit at different region like Singapore, Malaysia, and China
- Quarterly / Monthly Supplier performance monitoring, identify the area for continuous improvement through monthly meeting that include 8D review, supplier internal production reject review
- Conduct training to suppliers / new colleagues on ISO 8015 drawing principles, CMM programming and provide On Job Training
- Perform internal calibration on various measuring equipment
- Familiar with Advanced GD&T symbols
- Knowledge on ISO 8015, DIN ISO 2768-CL and ISO 2768-2 for Geometrical tolerances
- Work closely with cross functional departments like Process, design, and production team for smooth operations
- Update and maintain all Quality related documents in database for effective record monitoring
