• Systems Engineering: Led design and rollout for Y2K solution for Citi India credit card systems ,INET to IPM conversion for Master card settlements ,Advanced Fraud monitoring system for credit card transactions , Loan on phone offer , ECS payment solution , Online credit bureau integration for Credit line Increase and Card issuance , Implementation of EMV cards and settlement process ,robust and scalable Global reward point system , Mobile tap and pay system ( NFC ) rollout partnering with Nokia , Vivotech and Visa , E-stmt and Mobile alerts for various customer touch points , enhancement to support the Diners and Amex card settlement .
• System Integrations/Migrations: New rainbow system rolled out to Asia pacific countries was well integrated with the local in-country legacy systems.In Citibank India , we managed to migrate the CRM application used by Phone banking and branch users from CUI to Intranet GUI application with rich screen design and navigation.Project managed large-scale initiatives involving the transition of programs to new platforms and interfacing with the IVR and Firefly applications.Migrated the customer signature data from Database storage to Documentum images.
• Enterprise Implementations: Actively involved in the migration of CitiIndia credit card platform from local system in Unix platform to Mainframe (Rainbow) system. Subsequently we rolled out the Rainbow system for Indonesia , Hongkong , China , Taiwan ,Singapore and Malaysia.For India NRI system was migrated to Singapore IPB system. Involved in the Gap analysis and project proposal for implementing the Orbi Cards suite for Commerical bank of Kuwait (CBK) and SAMBA Bank in Middle East markets.
