• Reports to Group CIO located at Germany and Group CFO located at Singapore.
• Responsible to build a team and establish the global program management processes and framework for all IT projects globally.
• Work with the CIO and CFO to develop 5 year plan to consolidate ERP systems across 23 countries including master data and process harmonisation, compliance controls.
• Responsible for planning & leading the ERP/MES consolidation project that would harmonise both the IT landscape and the processes globally.
• Responsible for the all aspect of project management including project charter, procurement, project milestones, budget/cost, quality control, issue management, stakeholder management and risk management.
• Periodic reporting of project status, risk, challenges to the steering committee comprises of group CFO, CEO, Global Head of Supply Chain & CIO.
