  • Working with one of fastest growing banks in Myanmar to help them transform from non-digital to digital bank. Working closely with CEO, CTO, COO and other management team to deliver insights and recommendations and help them make data driven strategies.
  • Client Engagement & Issue Resolution: Effectively coordinating with client & Crayon's offshore team to smoothly deliver client's request, provide support and resolve issues with minimal turn-around time.
  • Developed solutions which helped various VCGMs (Value Center General Manager) in taking decisions to improve branch productivity, staff productivity, cash handling, customer acquisition, DQA (Data Quality Assessment), customer satisfaction.
  • Performed interest expense projections for deposits portfolio of bank and showcased impact of interest rate and tiered interest rate. It helped bank to take decision on reducing interest rate from 8.25% to 8% for Saving Account and hence cut interest expense.
  • Developed DQI(Data Quality Index) framework and created extensive list of quality checks for client's data to improve quality and reliability of Crayon's tool.
  • Developed and launched tools for collections to reduces NPLs and track performance of new loans.
  • Developed tool to estimate merchants and agents requirement for bank based on remittances happening across country.
  • Have helped bank during multiple crisis(pandemic and political) by 1) building health tracking tool and analyzing staff health status and recommending preemptive measures to continue BAU. 2) investigating bank runs(who, how and where) and recommendations to control it.
  • Identified and documented detailed business rules and use cases based on requirements analysis.
