• Representing major Shipping Lines (Yang Ming Line, Pacific International Line and Advance Container Line) as General Agents in Cambodia and Vietnam. Responsible for country sales for all container services, container inventory control, finance, vessels operations.

• Providing Buyers Consolidation Services in Cambodia for C&A, an European fashion departmental chain providing full supply chain management from ex Factory in Cambodia to major European ports delivery.

• Managing logistics services from loose load cargoes to full container load haulage, cargo custom clearance, sea and air freight services around a seamless transport intermodal.

• Based in Cambodia as Country Manager setting up and managing a General Agency representing Evergreen Container Lines.
• Responsible for overall Country sales and penetrating a new market to create a strong brand presence.
• Setting SOP work processes and ensuring Accounting compliances with Head Office.

• Responsible for overall freighting decision for regional Agencies, South East Asia region including Mediterranean Sea region.
• Setting marketing plans with KPI by follow up joint sales visits with regional Agencies to penetrate new Accounts.
• Preparing monthly sales and budget report on regional Agencies performance.

• Assigned to market Container services specializing in Singapore to European routes.
• Daily cold calls to secure new Shippers and follow-up visits with new/existing Shippers.
• Coordinating with HQ office in Taipei on freighting policies for Shippers.
• Controlling container space to ensure full utilization for weekly voyages.
• Preparing weekly/monthly sales report to HQ office.
